    A therapist sets up a specialist chair in a quiet space and delivers short treatments focused on the back, neck and shoulders. No oils or undressing needed.

    Sessions typically last 10–30 minutes and are tailored to each person’s comfort and pressure preference.

    It’s a simple, effective way to reduce tension and support wellbeing during the working day.

  • Short, seated massages (under 30 minutes) helps clear tension and improve focus, leaving employees feeling more alert, clear-headed, and ready to get back to work.

  • Yes. We offer discounted rates for regular monthly bookings.

    The more consistently you book, the better value we can offer, with pricing tailored to the frequency and duration of your sessions.

    We’d be happy to discuss a package that suits your team’s needs. Just get in touch via email and we’ll put together a flexible option for you.

  • We keep it simple; we will find out how many members of your team there are, your preferred date, and we create an appointment sheet for your team to choose their slot

  • Minimum booking time: We have a 2-hour minimum booking time to send one of our massage therapists to your company.

  • Our preferred method of payment is by BACS. We will email you an invoice after every visit.

  • If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the booking, we charge a 50% cancellation fee.
